Análisis bibliográfico al impacto académico y social de la investigación sobre los derechos de la mujer en Ecuador
Resumen
Objetivo. Llevar a cabo un análisis bibliográfico que contribuya con elementos valiosos para comprender el impacto tanto en el ámbito académico como en el social de la investigación sobre los derechos de la mujer en el contexto de Ecuador. Diseño/Metodología/Enfoque. Para delimitar y orientar la búsqueda de literatura relevante, se ha optado por emplear palabras clave específicas que aborden aspectos esenciales del tema. Las palabras clave se han seleccionado cuidadosamente para abarcar diferentes dimensiones del fenómeno estudiado. Cabe destacar que la recopilación de información se restringe a trabajos que han sido publicados en los idiomas español e inglés, y se excluyen aquellos artículos que no se centran de manera directa en los derechos de la mujer. Se ha establecido un período de análisis que abarca desde el año 2000 hasta el año 2023. Tras llevar a cabo la búsqueda, se obtuvieron inicialmente un total de 70 resultados. Posteriormente, considerando los criterios de inclusión previamente definidos, se procedió al análisis exhaustivo de 66 artículos. Finalmente, tras aplicar los criterios de relevancia y pertinencia, se seleccionaron y retuvieron 61 artículos que aportan datos y perspectivas significativas para el propósito de esta investigación. Resultados/Discusión. La importancia de los derechos de la mujer en el contexto de los derechos humanos es un tema de gran relevancia científica y social. La investigación y la reflexión en este ámbito continúan revelando la urgencia de abordar la discriminación de género y promover la igualdad en todas las esferas de la sociedad. La garantía de los derechos humanos de las mujeres es esencial no solo para la justicia de género, sino también para la construcción de sociedades más inclusivas, equitativas y sostenibles. Conclusiones. En Ecuador las investigaciones sobre los derechos de la mujer han impactado en los ámbitos social y académico de manera significativa al arrojar luz sobre las desigualdades de género y al fomentar una mayor conciencia pública y políticas orientadas a la equidad de género. Estas investigaciones han enriquecido el panorama académico al contextualizar las experiencias de las mujeres en el país y al resaltar la interseccionalidad de las opresiones. Además, han sido un catalizador para la movilización social y la creación de cambios profundos en las estructuras y valores que perpetúan la discriminación de género en el país. Originalidad/Valor. Mediante la realización de investigaciones enfocadas en abordar los desafíos específicos vinculados a la desigualdad de género y contribuir al consenso internacional creciente en torno a los derechos de la mujer, se fomenta la toma de decisiones informada respaldada por pruebas científicas. Esto, a su vez, contribuye a la formulación de políticas destinadas a resolver esta problemática a nivel global.
