Transformación digital en bibliotecas académicas y de investigación (2010-2020): revisión bibliográfica sistematizada
Resumen
Objetivo: Analizar las tendencias de la transformación digital y su influencia en la gestión, servicios, procesos y roles de las bibliotecas académicas y de investigación, para asegurar las mejores prácticas en el desarrollo e implementación del proyecto cubano Biblioteca Nacional Digital de Ciencia y Tecnología, perteneciente al Instituto de Información Científica y Tecnológica (IDICT). Diseño/Metodología/Enfoque: Se realizó una revisión sistematizada mediante el marco de trabajo del Framework ReSiste-CHS. El estudio tiene un carácter descriptivo, se utilizan indicadores bibliométricos apoyados en la recolección de datos, el análisis documental clásico y el uso de herramientas informáticas para visualizar los resultados. Resultados: Resulto que el banco de documentos quedó conformado por un total de 51 ítems, se muestran las derivaciones del estudio bibliométrico simple para caracterizar de manera general el banco de documentos de la revisión sistematizada según los indicadores establecidos. Conclusiones: El análisis demostró la capacidad de adaptación de las bibliotecas académicas y de investigación a los cambios, incorporando nuevos roles y servicios como fruto de la transformación digital. Aporte: dado a los nuevos roles de las bibliotecas, están desempeñando más proactividad ante los nuevos escenarios de la pedagogía digital al servir de apoyo a la educación digital (e-learning), aprendizaje colaborativo (learning commons), beca digital (digital scholarship), dirigidos a todos los sectores de la sociedad.
