Taxonomía de los Riesgos Operacionales en las Fintech: una revisión sistemática de literatura.

Objetivo: La industria Fintech empieza a posicionarse en los clientes del sistema financiero, gracias a la agilidad, alcance y sencillez de los servicios ofrecidos a través de plataformas digitales. Este articulo tiene como objetivo describir a partir de la literatura, la taxonomía para la identificación de Riesgos Operacionales de las Fintech, mapeando el conocimiento actual e identificando vacíos en la literatura relevante. Diseño/Metodología/Enfoque: Se realiza una revisión sistemática de literatura partiendo de un análisis bibliométrico, utilizando la ecuación de búsqueda “Fintech”, “Risk”, “Credit” en el indexador SCOPUS, obteniendo 80 artículos científicos, de los cuales se descarga una base de datos .cvs para realizar el estudio de coocurrencia de palabras claves con el software VOSviewer®, y posteriormente realizar un análisis de contenido con la herramienta ATLAS.ti®. Resultados/Discusión: La revisión propone desde el punto de vista de diferentes autores una taxonomía de cinco códigos: Riesgo Cibernético, Riesgo de Modelo, Riesgo de Prácticas Empresariales, Riesgo de Conocimiento de Clientes y Riesgo de Protección de Datos, permitiendo identificar la clasificación de riesgos de las Fintech, para su análisis. Conclusiones: El análisis se realiza por medio de diagramas de dispersión, que evidencian el grado de relación entre las distintas variables de riesgo en las Fintech.Originalidad/Valor: Este documento ofrece un mapeo de información y conocimiento científico relacionado con la clasificación de los Riesgos Operacionales en las Fintech, su grado de relación y consecuencias.
